Well now’s your chance to be that somebody. I have a genuine reason to reluctantly place my E46 model Alpina B3 3.3 4 door saloon up for sale. Unfortunately I was made redundant last year so I took the Alpina off the road (S.O.R.N.) hoping that the employment market improves. It hasn’t so now that push has come to shove I am, very regrettably, having to sell the Alpina. This Alpina B3 3.3 when brand new was £47,000 to purchase and has literally every extra that was available at that time.
Metallic British Racing Green Tinted Graduated Windscreen Automatic Air Conditioning Climate Control Cream Leather Seats with Alpina Logo Embossed in Seat Back Electric Heated Front Seats Driver’s Memory Seat Harmon Kardon Professional Loudspeaker Hi Fi – Factory Fitted Handsfree Bluetooth Mobile Phone Installed Satellite Navigation 6 disc MP3/CD changer TV – analogue Selectronic Gearbox with Steering Wheel Selector Buttons Alpina Wood trim Alpina Front Splitter and Rear Spoiler All Round Electric Windows Full Auto Opening and Closing from Key Fob Central Locking Alarm Immobiliser Cruise Control Park Distance Control Rain Sense Wipers Electric Rear Window Blind Michelin Pilots all round – (new rears-4000 miles fronts) Xenon Headlights with Washers Rear Seat Belts Air Bags-Driver, Front Passenger and Side Electronic Stabilising Programme ASC, DSC, ABS
The overall condition is excellent as this car was my weekend and holiday car. There are a few little jobs that require to be done to put this car into a superlative condition. I was going to get these done but for reasons already mentioned I cannot afford to get them completed.

So I have priced the car to sell (taking into account the cost to the new owner of completing the following little jobs).

The little jobs are: Wheels need renovating – suffering from the very common problem of a little “paint “peel. Mark on the Back Spoiler – See photographs Mark on Front Spoiler – See photographs Gearbox has a small oil leak from the gasket seal. Sunroof blind tends to stick if sunroof is moved all the way back and I’m only talking the last inch so the open sunroof can still be enjoyed. All in All with a bit of TLC there is not a lot to do to produce a pristine looking car. Market price for this model varies between £7.5k and £10.5k and that is for cars with higher mileage. This car is a low mileage vehicle having completed 66977 miles. Only 16223 miles whilst in my ownership of 5 ½ years. Please note that if you are the successful purchaser the car is on a Statuary Off Road Notice (S.O.R.N.) so has no tax or MOT so will need to be collected by trailer. The car starts on the button and has never let me down. This is the only car I have ever driven that puts the smile back on my face even with today’s traffic problems. If you are unsure about the pleasure one can get from driving a car like this then just ask another Alpina driver. As mentioned before I have priced this car to sell. So if you are a garage who sells great quality cars then this will return a very healthy profit and if you are an individual that can provide a little TLC and wants to own a fantastic car then this car is for you.
Registration V5XSV worth £1000 included in sale
Docsmith11
Nottingham,
Nottinghamshire

Date tested 28 June 2017
Mileage 74,057 miles
MOT test number 4015 2904 0306
Test location
KWIK FIT
835 MANSFIELD ROAD
NOTTINGHAM NG5 3GF
Expiry date 27 June 2018
Advisory notice item(s)
Nearside Front Inner brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (3.5.1i)
Offside Front Inner brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (3.5.1i)
Offside Front Suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.G.2)
Nearside Rear Lower Body has slight corrosion sill (6.1.B.2)
Offside Rear Lower Body has slight corrosion sill (6.1.B.2)
Nearside Rear Tyre worn close to the legal limit 3mm (4.1.E.1)
Offside Rear Tyre worn close to the legal limit 3mm (4.1.E.1)
Windscreen has damage to an area less than a 40mm circle outside zone ‘A’ (8.3.1d)

Still registered 10/2017

UK registration V5XSV Incorrect VIN: WAPB333W9M644119 Switchtronic, Xenon’s, Sat Nav, Teletext TV, Heated Electric Memory Seats, Cruise Control, Climate Control, PDC, ASC, DSC, 6cd Multichanger, Electric Glass Sunroof for sale ebay.co.uk 6/2006: Car is in very good conditon with FULL BMW SERVICE HISTORY with the next service not due for 4500 miles.
