\nThe reason for the low price was there was a considerable bottom end knock! When the engine was stripped down and inspected it was found that it had been run low on oil and had spun number 5 big end con rod bearing also damaging the rod in the process and scoring the crankshaft journal.
\nI rebuilt the engine and did a few other minor jobs like wishbone bushes for example and then in sept 2009 after using it for 3 months of the summer with the car owing me \u00a37500.
\nI sold it to Jason Barker for \u00a311500 with it needing a few minor cosmetic jobs like one or two wheels needing a refurb and paint on the bonnet as it had been painted prior to my ownership but to a poor standard.
\nI think he did those items then it was as far as i remember, advertised for \u00a313995 and sold to a Lady local to Uxbridge. She sold or part exchanged the car back to Jason and that was the last i saw or heard of it.
