It seems to have every extra, including xenon lights, extended leather, Harmon Kardon, TV, Nav, electric memory heated seats, electrically folding mirrors, etc. For me, this is the perfect specification. The car has a full BMW service history, one previous owner and is thoroughly pampered as a fine Alpina should be.”

presented by owner Chris (chris.birkett@hotmail.co.uk) on fastsaloons.com 8/2013

for sale ebay.co.uk 6/2014
123000miles, £bid
With huge regret I’m putting up for sale my beloved and very rare BMW Alpina B3S Cabriolet. This is the S version which has the bigger 3.4 litre, 305bhp engine and is a truly stunning car, having had just two previous owners, that has an enormous specification including:

– 2003 run-out model with the single unit wrap-around headlights
– Number 101 of 161 and believed to be the only one in this colour combination in the country
– Beautiful ‘Mora’ BMW Individual metallic paint which was a £1000 optional extra
– Extended Champagne nappa leather throughout, with fantastic colour matched piping to the seats and headrests. Also, all seats and the steering wheel have colour matched Alpina rhombs and stitching
– Harmon Kardon business sound system with 6 disc player, sat-nav and analogue TV
– Beautiful Alpina alloys with Continental ContiSport Contact 5 tyres, all have plenty of tread left, especially the rears.
– Silver Alpina stripes along the front lower bumper
– Electric roof, windows and folding mirrors
– Electric memory, heated front seats
– Bi-xenon and automatic headlights
– Cruise control
– Rear parking sensors
– plus all the other usual refinements that this marque has.

It comes complete with the ‘B3’ cherished registration which is valued at £400.

It also has a beautiful, leather bound Alpina handbook case that houses all the necessary booklets, including the fully stamped up service manual

I am very much into detailing, as can be seen in the photos and the car has been fastidiously maintained by me in the last year. It has wanted for nothing, always been garaged and only taken out on dry days. The only marks are some stone chips to the front and 1 slight kerbing scrape on the front nearside alloy.

It has also had the all important cylinder head gasket renewed just before I bought it last year, at a cost of £2000. The engineers also checked over the engine components such as pistons, etc and gave it a clean bill of health.

The car comes with a full service history (just serviced), 12 months MOT with no advisories and 6 months tax.
As soon as I purchased the car a year ago I joined the BMW Car Club (GB) and the Alpina Register too. This is a well known car within the clubs and is booked in to be shown at various events throughout the summer including 3 days at the Silverstone Classic at the end of July and the National BMW Event at Gaydon in August. Any prospective purchaser should be able to have the tickets transfered into their name if they so wish to enable the car to be shown. It always gets positive comments wherever it goes and is truly stunning.
chrischrispy
Milton Keynes
UK

Registered as Alpina engine nr: 16836 Widescreen Professional Sat Nav With TV And Teletext Function, Heated Champagne Nappa Leather Interior With Electric Memory Function And Centre Arm Rest, Sports Switchtronic With Steering Wheel Gear Change, Harmon Kardon Hi Fi Upgrade, Bluetooth Phone Prep, Auto Xenon Headlamps, Electric Foldaway Mirrors, Auto Digital Climate Control With Air […]

[30

post-747","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-e46-b3s-cabrio
["GET
