\nShe is TOTALLY standard with no modifications or “improvements”, with the exception of Nitrogen filled tyres. If Alpina were happy with it why should Halfords get a look in? Too many of the E46 alpinas and M3’s were upgraded by owners by adding angel lights, harder springs and larger wheels. In my experience the latter two destroyed the cornering. I have all original manuals and brochures from BMW and Alpina, including the original sales receipt. She is HPI clear and test drives and inspections and advised and welcomed. Now the bad bit. The paint is bubbling under the rear number plate and bootlid lock an unusual problem with the E46, but this problem should not cost too much in either time or money to make perfect. Detailed pictures are available.I have driven her for 1500 miles and she is perfect. She has never been raced even on a track day. \n2001 Alpina B3 3.3 in Orient Blue with grey leather, build #170. Showing just a few miles short of 74k and generally a nice solid car. There are a few gremlins to sort, including a bit of rust on the front wing (just visible above) and annoying stuff like some missing tools, no glovebox torch, a spare key that is from another car and front tyres made by Accelera!
