\nThis Alpina B3 is in immaculate condition, especially for the age. I’ve just had the front bumper painted as it had a few stone chips, and the Alloy wheels have just been refurbished. The only imperfections i can find are a 10p sized piece of lacquer peel on the bonnet and some light bubbling on the inside wheel arch lip of the rear arches. The outer arches are absolutely fine. No other marks on the body, the paintwork is immaculate.
\nIn superb order for the year \/ mileage with everything working. Nothing is broken internally and no lights are on the dash. The B3 has the popular BMW oil light problem where the oil can light on the dash stays on for the first 5 seconds or when the engine is fired up. The tip tronic function works perfectly.
\nHaving been absolutely babied over it’s life, more so in it’s recent year’s the car runs and drives superbly, i cannot possibly tell you how much history there is with the car however i have compiled a short summary which i will list further down the ad. The car pulls hard through all gears and sits superbly on the road on it’s very recent Eibach suspension and similarly recent bushes.
\nThis car was sadly listed as CAT C back in 2009 – The previous owner has told me that the car had a very light bump back in 2009 when we had the bad snow, the B3 slid into the back of another car at low speed but the repair took a long time due to a 6 week wait for the front spoiler, meaning 6 weeks storage and hire car hence the CAT C classification, however, what i can say is that there is no evidence of any repair to any part of the car which i can see. Any prospective buyer is welcome to view the car before hand on a ramp – AA, RAC or Independent Inspections are more than welcome, in fact i would encourage them.
